Pawleys Island, I love my Sis!

What a great weekend I spent with my new sis and her family (sister and sister-in-law) and friends at her Bachelorette Weekend in Pawleys Island! I just adore her sisters and her friends are amazing and so fun. These weekends are so looked forward to but they just go by way to fast. I thought I would share a few pictures from our weekend full of laughs and great times. Lot's of the pictures were for our eyes only so you get a select few;) I love you Em!!! PRETTY IN PINK

Maggie Grace's 1st birthday party was SO cute, her mommy Brooke is so creative and did an amazing job on her party from Maggie's adorable outfit and attire for the party which included a HUGE monogrammed pink bib and a hat (so cute), entertainment for the kids with chalk, pink balls and pink hula hoops, decor and yummy food. Everyone had a blast and I have never seen so many kids under the age of 14 months:) LOVE IT! Great job Brooke, you did an amazing job and yes I will copy you when I have kiddies. Love ya girl!!!

The bun is out of the oven.. WELCOME!!!

My dear friend Lyndsey had her baby!! HOORAY, he is here. After a LONG day, 12 hours of labor and a C-section Jones Ryan Stainback arrived around 8:20pm coming in at a whopping 8lbs 12oz! He is a big boy and is the most alert new born I have ever seen. Mamma looked so beautiful and was just glowing! We are so happy for Lyndsey and Chris and can't wait to watch the little one grow:)

Hello Again.... and Family Traditions

Well , I watered my ferns the other day and found a little egg and then when I got back from Bald Head Island last weekend I found 5 total birds eggs. I can't wait to see how many hatch this round. Last time only two hatched. I love this:)

I am keeping the tradition rolling with my mom's flag cake. I have not missed one Memorial Day or 4th of July without this festive flag cake. It is easy as cake just a sugar cookie on the bottom, cream cheese and powder sugar for the frosting and strawberries and blueberries for the topping and ta da:) Hope everyone supported our troops this past Monday.

Are You My Mother?

Well as ya'll know I have been watching baby birds grow into teenagers now:) There were 5 little eggs, but only two birds hatched {which was strange to me}. My little birds are all grown up and left their little nest last week. It was so fun watching them grow this Spring. I just love Spring:) Summer is here now!

Shower Time!!!

Well, the showers have BEGUN! My older brother, Meade is getting married in August to Emily, who we absolutely adore. Our family is so excited to welcome such a lovely lady into the family. Meade and Emily had their first shower in Greenville, SC this past weekend and it was a blast. Low country boil was on the menu and key lime pie for dessert! Yummy! The setting was beautiful and the weather held up so that was a relief. Great time was filled with family and friends. The next shower will be in Charlotte and I am a hostess:) Hooray! Can't wait!
